If you'd like to cancel your TagGenie subscription, follow these steps:
Click the Settings icon (the cog wheel) in the upper-right corner of your TagGenie account.
In the left-hand menu, click Billing & Usage.
In the center of the page, click Manage Your Billing (Blue Button).
Scroll down to the Billing Information section.
Under Payments, click Cancel Subscription.
Follow any remaining prompts to confirm your cancellation.
